General Terms and Conditions for Tours and Tourism Services

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the “Terms”) govern the rights and obligations between the service provider and customers when providing tours and related tourism services.

1. Service Provider

   (hereinafter the “Provider”)
2. Scope of Services
   The Provider offers in particular:
   organized sightseeing tours
   guide services
   related tourism services
   Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the services do not constitute a package travel service under Act No. 159/1999 Coll.
3. Formation of Contract
   The contractual relationship is established once the reservation is confirmed by the Provider (by email, online system, or other confirmation).
   By submitting a reservation, the customer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms.
4. Prices and Payment Conditions
   Service prices are stated at the time of booking.
   Children under 3 years of age participate free of charge.
   Children under 12 years of age are entitled to a reduced price.
   Individual pricing may be arranged by prior agreement.
   Payment may be required in advance or on site depending on the type of service.
5. Hotel Pickup Service
   The Provider offers complimentary pickup at the reception or concierge of most hotels in Prague, except for hotels located at Václav Havel Airport Prague.
   This transport is provided as an auxiliary organizational service and does not form part of the tour itself nor is it included in the official duration of the tour.
   Tours end in Prague city center unless stated otherwise.
6. Pickup Conditions
   Customers must respect the agreed pickup time and location.
   The tour departure time may differ from the hotel pickup time.
   The scheduled pickup time depends on traffic conditions and the location of the hotel.
   Possible delays in pickup are not grounds for a refund.
   Missing the pickup due to failure to follow pickup instructions does not entitle the customer to a refund.
7. Customer Cancellation (Cancellation Policy)
   Customers may cancel their booking in writing.
   Cancellation fees:
   More than 24 hours before the start: 0%
   Less than 24 hours before the start or no-show: 100% of the service price
   Private or special services may be subject to individual conditions.
8. Changes or Cancellation by the Provider
   The Provider reserves the right to change the program or service due to:
   adverse weather
   safety reasons
   traffic restrictions
   force majeure or unforeseen circumstances
   In case of cancellation by the Provider, the customer is entitled to a rescheduled date or a refund of the amount paid.
9. Liability
   Customers participate in tours at their own responsibility.
   The Provider is liable only to the extent defined by the applicable laws of the Czech Republic. The Provider is not responsible for:
   loss of personal belongings
   damage caused by the customer
   consequences of failure to follow the guide’s instructions
10. Customer Obligations
    Customers must:
    follow the guide’s instructions
    arrive on time at the meeting point
    observe safety rules
    be in suitable health condition for participation
11. Complaints
    Complaints should be raised without undue delay, preferably directly with the guide during the tour or in writing within 7 days after the service was provided.
12. Force Majeure
    The Provider is not liable for failure to provide services due to extraordinary, unforeseeable, and unavoidable circumstances beyond its control.
13. Personal Data Protection
    Customer personal data are processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Provider’s Privacy Policy.
14. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
    Consumers have the right to out-of-court dispute resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz).
15. Governing Law and Final Provisions
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
    The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms. The new version becomes effective upon publication on the Provider’s website.
